Estate Jewelry Condition - Sold "as-is"

The jewelry pieces that we have collected for you are pre-owned, or as we like to say, "pre-loved". As a result, they do have some wear and tear from previous use. We have our jeweler check all of our pieces to ensure that all stones are tight and that there are no structural issues before anything is shipped out. 

Please take special care with our pieces - some are 100 years old!

We carefully note any necessary condition issues within our listing (chipped or broken stones, missing stones, wear on engraving, thin shank from previous sizing, etc). Please make sure to carefully read the listing in it's entirety before making your purchase. 

However, like with any piece of jewelry, new or used, issues can arise from everyday wear. Unfortunately we do not provide ongoing maintenance or repairs to our pieces outside of the 30 day window after receipt. Any repairs needed to the piece beyond a 30 day window after delivery of the piece will have to be addressed by your local jeweler. 

Additionally, all diamond and gemstone weights are carefully calculated and double checked, but are still considered "approximate weights" since we can't weigh the stones outside of their settings. 

Return Policy

Of course I hope that every customer is happy with their order, but if something isn't right, please get in touch right away. 

Returns & refunds will be honored if we are notified within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The item must be postmarked within 5 days of the return approval and we require tracking (along with notification of number) and insurance on returned packages. Shipping fees are nonrefundable; buyer pays return shipping.


Please make sure to read each listing in it's *entirety* and take time to view all photos and zoom in on the pictures before purchasing.

Engraved and resized / altered pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, it typically takes us two business days to process. 

The package is then shipped out via UPS Ground and includes complimentary insurance. 

Because of the nature of the pieces, we require signature upon delivery. If you'd prefer the package be left at your door, please email us at the time of your order specifically requesting us to waive the signature requirement. Taylor Hall Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if signature requirement is waived. 

When an item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. 

 

Sizings/Alternations

We can resize most pieces within reason for an additional fee, and it will take up to an additional two weeks to ship out your order. We request that you go to a local jeweler to get your finger sized to ensure that only one resizing is necessary.

If additional sizings are needed once you receive the piece, we would recommend taking the piece to a local jeweler to resize, as the shipping costs of returning the ring to us to resize would likely outweigh the cost to perform the sizing locally. 

If you know a piece will need to be resized, please email us at hello@taylorhalljewelry.com before purchase so we can confirm the sizing is possible on that piece.
