Once an order is placed, it typically takes us two business days to process. 

The package is then shipped out via UPS Ground and includes complimentary insurance. We offer three different shipping methods:

Because of the nature of the pieces, we require signature upon delivery. If you'd prefer the package be left at your door, please email us at the time of your order specifically requesting us to waive the signature requirement. Taylor Hall Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if signature requirement is waived. 

When an item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
